Instructor: John McLaughlin ~ Guided Meditation through the Chakras will emphasize the opening of the mind and body to your essential energies of love and healing. Working directly with the seven principal chakras and with the breath to enhance awareness and presence in the moment, this session will explore the space within that is free from the endless chatter of the mind.
Instructor: Robin Stickney Start your Mondays out right in this stations class. Move from station to station doing a variety of exercises designed to strengthen and tone. These stations include (but are not limited to): Therabands, stability balls, mini-trampolines, mat exercises, hand & ankle weights. This class is designed for ALL levels of fitness.

Instructor: Barbara Graham This aerobic workout is done while sitting in a chair listening to upbeat, popular music! You will get a fun, often sing-along, energetic work out. Perfect for anyone who loves to dance and wants to improve their balance issues while sitting.

Presenter: Richard Maurer, ND Elevated fasting insulin is associated with an elevated cancer risk – notably prostate, breast and melanoma. Requesting an insulin test and understanding its meaning is a hug step toward healthy outcomes. By attending Know Your Insulin, participants will gain an understanding of common metabolic blood test results and the unique dietary and exercise habits that improve health outcomes and vitality.

Instructor: Michael Katz The Yin approach stimulates the meridians and organs in a manner that is similar to acupuncture. It stimulates ligaments, connective tissue, deep tissue, and joints in a way that the more energetic yang types of yoga do not. It is not strenuous and very little strength is involved in doing the poses. Students soften/melt into comfortable poses for five minutes with focuses on the gift of their own breath.

The weekly cancer support group is for adults affected by cancer, their family and friends.
Presenters: Ben Thompson, MD & Reverend Todd Glacy ~ Over four weeks, we will explore how it is possible to shift our perspective and learn to welcome our emotions as allies during the cancer journey. Using small group discussion, writing, music, meditation and creative expression, this workshop will explore anger, grief, depression, frustration and other emotions with the goal of discovering the gifts and insights these emotions have to offer.
Instructor: Michael Katz Yoga Fundamentals will strengthen your core, bring your shoulders and hips into alignment, and soften into self-compassion with the benefits of Yin. The final relaxation pose is accompanied by a live classical guitar serenade.
