Fit to Dance ~
Fit to Dance is a unique combination of Dance Aerobics, Fitball and Strength Training. Join instructor, Patti Medina for this powerful way to burn calories, achieve good posture, and stay injury free. Athletes use the Fitball and weights to strengthen the core, achieve power and total body agility. The fun dance routines stimulate the production of neurochemicals that promote brain cell repair, improves memory and boosts energy levels, keeping you healthy and happy.
