with Stephanie McLeod-Estevez, LCPC & Beth Eilers, LCSW ~
Join us for an experiential workshop that will help you navigate the pressure of a cancer diagnosis and treatment which can take its toll on our ability to relate to one another.
This workshop will help you recognize different styles of stress response, coping, and communication. You will walk away with new skills to help you overcome barriers to effective communication with your loved ones and your treatment team. The workshop offers an opportunity to practice expressing your needs and listening to others.
Stephanie McLeod-Estevez, LCPC, of Creative Transformations, is an art therapist and breast cancer survivor. Through Creative Transformations, Stephanie offers individual sessions, workshops, and a weekly blog on topics related to emotional healing following a life threatening condition.
