Relaxation Yoga ~
Allow your skin, muscles and joints to soften and release all tension with relaxation yoga, led by Michael Katz. Experience the melting of your body and mind into a peaceful and relaxed state. Delight in the miracle of your own breath.
Except for one seated pose all others are done lying down. The last ten minutes of the class are accompanied by a live classical guitar music serenade.
