Relaxation Yoga with Michael Katz Allow your skin, muscles and joints to soften and release all tension with Relaxation Yoga. Experience the melting of your body and mind into a peaceful and relaxed state. Delight in the miracle of your own breath. Except for one seated pose all others are done lying down. The last ten minutes of the class are accompanied by a live classical guitar music serenade.

Tai Chi

Instructor: Jason Ames~ This Tai Chi program explores the many principles of Qigong practice, including body/mind awareness, energy cultivation, and balance. Both beginners and advanced students are welcome. Jason is the founder and owner of Maine Center for Taijiquan & Qigong. A full time Taiji and Qigong instructor teaching throughout Southern Maine, Jason is currently teaching at: MaineHealth Learning Resource Centers, Cancer Community Center, Portland Adult Education, and South Portland Parks & Recreation Department.
