Restorative Yoga with Holly Hofmann ~ Restorative yoga is a gentle and restful approach to yoga that uses props to support the body as it quietly replenishes itself. Soothing breathing practices will be introduced. Restorative yoga is recommended for stress reduction and healing. Fit to Dance with Patty Medina, ACE Instructor ~ Fit to Dance is a unique combination of Dance Aerobics, Fitball and Strength Training.
